What materials are used in Simply Sámi jewelry?
Anna's bracelets are handmade using traditional reindeer leather, combined with a hand spun pewter mixed with sterling silver thread.
The button closures are crafted from reindeer antlers, staying true to Sámi craftsmanship and heritage.
Because natural materials are used, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour and texture.
Are the bracelets handmade?
Yes. Every bracelet and piece of jewelry is handmade by Anna with care, following traditional Sámi techniques. This means no two pieces are exactly alike — a quality that we see as part of their beauty and authenticity.
Are the bracelets custom made?
Most bracelets are made to order. If you’re looking for a specific size, colour combination, or custom design, please contact Anna before placing your order and she’ll do her best to accommodate your request.

Below are all current colour options on reindeer leather, however all bracelet designs cannot be made in all colours.

✦ SIZING & FIT
How do I measure my wrist?
Measure your wrist snugly at its thinnest point using a measuring tape or string.
• Add 1–1.5 cm depending on how loose you’d like the bracelet to fit. That will give you the bracelet size to order
• If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact Anna — she's very happy to help you find the perfect fit. The size cannot be changed or adjusted once the bracelet is made.
What about necklace sizes?
Measure your neck snugly and compare with the sizes on the product page. All necklaces feature an adjustable leather tie at the back, allowing you to choose how close or relaxed you want the fit. If you want the necklace to fit tight as a choker make sure that the size you order is at least 2 cm smaller than your neck measurement.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Bracelet size cannot be adjusted after the bracelet is made. If your bracelet doesn’t fit as expected, please contact Anna within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer size exchanges when possible. Since all items are made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✦ CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I care for my jewelry?
Simply Sámi jewelry is made from natural materials and should be treated mindfully with care.
To keep your piece beautiful:
• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
• Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
• Store your bracelet flat and away from direct sunlight
The soft reindeer leather will start deteriorate by water.
The pewter and silver wire braids will take on a darker patina shine with time and the braid will flatten, this is normal and how this unique kind of jewelry will age. The leather will naturally soften and develop character over time — this is part of its charm.
How do I clean my bracelet?
• Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish pewter or silver
• If the leather becomes dirty, wipe lightly with a slightly damp cloth and let air dry
• Do not soak or submerge in water

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on whether the item is made to order.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are handmade and made to order, returns are not generally accepted.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact Anna — She always aims to find a fair solution.
What if my bracelet breaks?
If your bracelet breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, please contact Anna with photos and your order number.
Normal wear over time is expected with natural materials like leather. But Anna is happy to discuss repairs when possible.
